Intro to Shibari Workshop with Annelise

Whether your goal is to works towards intricate suspensions or add some excitement in the bedroom, this class offers a first step into rope bondage. Shibari is a beautiful practice that combines artistry and connection, allowing you to express  yourself creatively while deepening your sense of trust and mindfulness.

This class will cover a brief history of shibari, rope safety, and a few essential ties to get you started. You'll learn tips for rope handling and have the opportunity to ask questions and receive individualized feedback.

You're welcome to self-tie or come with a tying partner. Please note that each participant will need their own ticket.

SUPPLIES: Yoga mat, safety shears, and at least two hanks of rope. Extras will be available if you don't have them.
