About the event
This progressive series focuses on not just the hows of good rope play, but on the whys as well. In the Formations level, we will be utilizing the tools learned in the Foundations level to build harnesses and ties for full-body bondage. Whether you are newer to rope or have been tying/getting tied for years, expect to come away with new tools and a better understanding of your rope from both sides.
Through a combination of technical instruction and hands-on time, we will explore the many ways to compress the body forward with either closed or open legs. Discussions will cover both practical and anatomical considerations for creating sustainable yet challenging cronchy positions. We will go over ties specifically to constrict the body forward (booty basket, moon tie, etc.), as well as leverage improvisation skills to create bespoke positions.
