About the event
What’s one of the biggest challenges with starting shibari? Rope handling!
In this class led by Annelise Eastes, you’ll learn drills you can practice that will help you create better flow, cleaner looking ties, and a stronger connection between yourself and your rope bottom. These skills can be applied across your rope practice to build your confidence as a rigger.
Come with a partner or self tie. This class is geared towards beginners; some prior experience with rope is recommended. Students should be familiar with a single column tie.
If you have your own rope and/or a yoga mat, please bring it! Some loaner rope will be available.
