About the event
Once you've learned the basic hitches and frictions, take the next step in your rope journey and learn how to put these skills together.
This class focuses on rope handling and a tengu harness for beginner-intermediate rope students. We will discuss one possible tengu harness variation, along the way we will discuss tension and flow, rope handling techniques, and moving rope and your partner to create stable structures and communicate intention. Practice is key to successful rope handling.
This is a mixed level class. This class is suitable for students learning their first harness, those who already know some harnesses or even another tengu harness, as well as those looking to practice their tension and flow.
Please come with a partner. Switching is welcome and encouraged.
