About the event
Rope is easy to make hard, but hard to make it easy. What harness makes certain shapes easier or more difficult? How do upline attachment choices change body orientation and sustainability?
We will categorize rope shapes and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of harnesses according to shape. This class includes lecture, demo, a fast warm up for tops and bottoms, and a brief opportunity to tie and try a couple of body position drills.
PREREQUISITES
This is an intermediate to advanced suspension class.
Riggers must be familiar with multiple chest harnesses and upline management.
